Great Onsen and Very Spacious Rooms During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a traditional Japanese hotel. the onsen was a definite highlight of my stay, with both indoor and outdoor baths available. the spacious rooms were another great feature of the hotel, giving me plenty of space to relax after a long day. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby train stations and attractions.
Some aspects were outdated and language barrier may be challenging there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Some areas of the hotel were outdated and in need of renovations.

Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Worth its 3 stars.
Ordered breakfast, it was poor, it should be be much better, really.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a stunning view of the city. The rooms were spacious, and the onsen was a perfect spot for relaxation after a long day. It was easily accessible from the city center, which made transportation convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is relatively close to the center of activities, making it easy to walk around and explore. there are a few good options located in town center near the beach area. the rooms are clean and spacious with nice touches like real hinoki bathing equipment. the onsen bath is also quite nice, and the air conditioning works well.
There are better hotel options in town near the beach area, as the buffet dinner provided for half board was quite poor and below the standard of a ryokan hotel.

Spent Christmas at a traditional ryokan hotel with amazing Japanese rooms and huge onsen baths. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and breakfast had an impressive spread with both Japanese and Western options. The hotel was just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of the old town.
The breakfast buffet could get crowded and busy, especially when there were large bus tour groups. Bicycles were available for rent but not in good condition. Also, the public bath area could be a bit noisy and crowded, which made it difficult to relax.
